Hi, we are Gorazd and Natasa, founders of Alpin Nest and long-time hosts, travelers, and digital marketers.We didn’t start out in real estate. We started as guests, then became owners, hosts, and ultimately local experts in what makes a holiday home stand out (and stay booked).
We started this because we know how hard it is to manage a holiday home from far away, and how good it feels when someone trustworthy has your back.
With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, property management, and the hospitality business, we know how to attract the right guests and take care of your place like it’s our own.
We live in Bad Kleinkirchheim, and we’ve seen how many beautiful properties sit underused or poorly managed, not because owners don’t care, but because they simply don’t have the right team on the ground.
