Reservation management, guest communication, and all rental-related administration are charged as a variable percentage of the booking value. Cleaning and routine maintenance are charged as a fixed cost, agreed in advance, depending on the size of the property and scope of service. Additional maintenance work is carried out based on a pre-approved offer.
